Xu Qiang, director of the National Energy Conservation Center, led a team to Yingtianhui to investigate energy conservation and emission reduction work.
On the afternoon of September 4, Xu Qiang, director of the National Energy Conservation Center, led a team to Yingtianhui to investigate its energy conservation, emission reduction and circular economy development. Zhao Chuan, deputy director of Chongqing Development and Reform Commission, Tu Shanquan, deputy director of Chongqing Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, and other leaders accompanied the investigation. Yingtianhui Chairman Li Ganhua and General Manager Zeng Yongshou received the reception.
The research team and his party visited the chlor-alkali workshop in Yingtianhui production plant and listened to Li Ganhua's introduction to major energy-saving projects and circular economy development, such as the zero-pole distance renovation of Yingtianhui electrolyzer, the comprehensive utilization of MDI waste brine, the energy-saving and environmental protection renovation of MVR salt and nitrate co-production, hydrogen purification, public works and the renovation of 150000-ton alkali evaporation plant with an annual output.
Xu Qiang highly affirmed Yingtianhui's energy conservation and emission reduction work and the utilization of added value. He said that energy conservation and emission reduction is a good thing for the country and the people. Enterprises should start from their own development to talk about problems and methods, understand the work of energy conservation and emission reduction, and make great things into great things.
Xu Qiang emphasized that the first is to increase the research on the recycling industry chain from raw materials to products, refine each product and every detail, and increase the added value; the second is to adhere to the new development concept and continue to solidly promote energy conservation and emission reduction.
