Completion of planned shutdown maintenance of chlor-alkali and TCE production units
In order to ensure safe production, after discussion in the production system and approval by the company, Yingtianhui stopped and replaced the reaction separation process of chlor-alkali workshop and TCE workshop at 22:00 on August 22, and the replacement qualified on the morning of August 23 and reached the maintenance conditions.
The contents of this shutdown overhaul are, first, to deal with the leakage problems related to the brine system in the chlor-alkali workshop. The second is to replace the tetrachloroethylene reflux tank and full condenser of the reaction and separation device in TCE workshop, and to repair the leakage problem of low boiling material storage tank. The two workshops were carefully deployed, carefully arranged, and carried out their work in strict accordance with the established goals. The chlor-alkali workshop completed the overhaul and started with electricity on the evening of the 23rd, and the reaction separation process of the TCE workshop completed the overhaul on the evening of the 24th to reach the start-up conditions.
Through this short-term parking maintenance, the stability of the production equipment is guaranteed, the existing safety hazards are eliminated, and a solid foundation is laid for the subsequent large-load and long-term stable operation.
