Yingtianhui TCE device shutdown maintenance

The packing of rectifying tower in Yingtianhui trichloroethylene production plant is ceramic structured corrugated packing, which affects the rectification effect of rectifying tower due to blockage caused by long-term filtration. In order to ensure the rectification effect, ensure the normal production of trichloroethylene, and ensure the "stable, long and excellent" high-quality operation of the production plant, on April 20, the TCE plant was shut down for maintenance as planned, and the ceramic packing of 18 tower sections in the two trichloroethylene towers was replaced.
The maintenance work is divided into four steps: disassembly, hoisting, recharging and restoration. In order to complete the maintenance work comprehensively, efficiently, with high quality and on schedule, the company's leaders and technical backbones carefully organized and carefully deployed every work during the maintenance period, went to the front line to guide the work in the whole process, controlled the safety and quality, and coordinated to deal with the problems encountered on site at any time. More than 70 employees of the three teams and groups of TCE equipment were all dispatched and rushed to work for 48 hours, which was successfully completed and put into operation on the evening of April 21.
