Yingtianhui to prepare for a rainy day
-Overhaul dry acetylene and chlorination process units
On August 2, Yang Fuguo, director of Yingtianhui TCE workshop, and Dong Changjiang, deputy director, led TCE staff to carry out a four-day planned overhaul of dry acetylene and chlorination process units. The main contents of this overhaul include blocking of acetylene generator, sprocket replacement of fine material hopper elevator, overhaul of agitator reducer, chain replacement of ash conveyor, etc.
The overhaul involves many projects, tight time, heavy tasks, coupled with the hot weather, the harsh environment increased the difficulty of maintenance. At the maintenance site, some of the maintenance personnel were immersed in carefully testing the equipment, some concentrated on cleaning up the residue of the generator, and some carefully replaced the equipment chain... The equipment oil stains and dirt were all over the work clothes, and the sweat soaked the whole body. However, all the staff in the TCE workshop struggled with the gorgeous summer, raced against time, made concerted efforts to overcome difficulties, and completed the maintenance task on time and in quantity on August 5, it has laid a solid foundation for the stable operation and continuous production of Yingtianhui.
