I have just entered the job and am new here. I am still relatively unfamiliar with many contents of the job. At that time, I was a little afraid to write official documents, because I felt that I could do nothing and was afraid of making mistakes. In the face of complicated work, I am very glad that I have the care of my leaders and the help of my colleagues. I am really lucky. I believe that as long as you work hard, you can do a good job.

People are diligent and spring comes early, and learning is just then. After getting familiar with my work, I began to write some correspondence. I often had to change a manuscript countless times, and finally I was beyond recognition. At that time, my confidence was severely damaged and I didn't even dare to write again. It turns out that only hard work may not be able to do everything well. It also requires continuous learning of skills and knowledge. Learning and accumulation is a long and arduous process. Since then, I firmly believe that work needs to be "endured". As for how to "endure", it depends on myself. There is a saying that "when you are a worker, you should be proud of being a" big boss "and sweat more and carry more than anyone else". I think being a secretary should also be proud of being "endured" and be much more diligent than anyone else, look at the documents more, much more detailed. I firmly believe that "when I return, thousands of troops", "come at your fingertips", "talk endlessly" and "do it in one go" is only a matter of time. The spirit of hard work is necessary, and "endure" is also the truth.
The road of struggle does not stop, and the peak of innovation does not fear difficulties!
All innovation is a difficult process of problem-solving and problem-solving.
