Maintenance of large inclination belt of TCE device

Recently, the large inclination belt in the calcium carbide crushing process of TCE device was seriously worn, and the herringbone tooth part on the belt fell off, causing rubber blocking failure. The calcium carbide conveying also had a great influence. The company decided to replace the large inclination belt as a whole through research.
On March 31, the maintenance personnel handled the operation ticket in advance, and after power failure and qualified analysis, they entered the dusty and dim pit to start the removal of the belt baffle.
After an hour, all the baffles were removed. Then the maintenance personnel began to transfer the new belt. The belt of more than 100 meters weighs more than one ton. Due to the narrow terrain of the calcium carbide warehouse, the crane cannot be used. Therefore, the electromechanical instrument workshop mobilized colleagues of electricians and meters, and the chlor-alkali party branch mobilized party members to work together and decided to spread the belt manually. The direction of the new belt coming this time is not consistent with that of the old belt. It needs to be completely disassembled and spread before being sent to the conveying guide rail. Everyone rolls and unfolds the belt like a snail shell, pushes it from the pit to the door and then pushes it back. It is folded 4 times before it is fully opened. The next step is to fix one end of the new belt on the old belt, turn on the intercom, jog the motor, and the people outside send the belt in. Whenever the motor starts to move, the people outside will shout "hard! Hard!", Twenty or thirty people lifted the belt and put it into the guide rail section by section. At about 15 o'clock, the heavy new belt was finally conquered by everyone, lying quietly on the guide roller, waiting for subsequent treatment.
After the new belt was installed, the maintenance personnel removed the old belt and did not completely assemble it until 19 o'clock. At 23 o'clock that night, the belt welding was completed and put into use after waiting for cooling and solidification.
