Under the leadership's advance deployment, the filler and the hanging tower are already in place, and only the filler needs to be replaced on the same day. First, the crane will lift the tower section by section, and the waste in the tower will be poured out. After the ground staff clean the inner wall of the tower, start to install packing into the tower. Unpacking, transferring packing, and packing in the tower form an efficient operation like an assembly line.
In the tower, the staff will be 1~6 packing in order to fill. Each layer is rotated 45 ° counterclockwise on the basis of the layer below. Due to the process problem of the filler, each layer of filler cannot be guaranteed to fit the seam, so it is necessary to plug the divided glass fiber into the gap. Only in this way can we ensure that the distillation time of the kettle liquid mixture in the triene tower is longer, and the yield and quality of the product can be guaranteed.
After the filling is loaded, it is transported to the tower by crane, and the tower is returned to its position by the above operator.
