1. Party Committee Office
The Board of Supervisors conducts an independent special inspection of fund management in 2021, which requires the cooperation of the Financial Planning Department, the Human Resources Department, the General Office and other departments to submit information as required.
2. Marketing Department
(1) Production and marketing communication needs to be further strengthened to ensure the balance of production and marketing. Chongqing Yingtianhui Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd.
(2) Cooperate with the Supply and Logistics Department to do a good job of filing transport vehicles during epidemic control to ensure smooth product shipments.
3. Production and Operation Department

(1) Rectification of water collection well and ground irrigation in horizontal tank farm shall be implemented as soon as possible with the cooperation of production and operation department.
(2) The reinforcement and rectification of the side cofferdam of Ziguang Chemical Highway in the triene tank farm shall be implemented as soon as possible by the infrastructure specialty of the Production and Operation Department.

(1) The production equipment and workshop shall implement the internal work arrangement according to the work requirements of the overhaul coordination meeting; Speed up the implementation of overhaul material cleaning, technical condition confirmation, technical exchange and -3-service demand cleaning, and clean up the cross-project work during overhaul. 4.TCE device
Abnormal corrosion occurs on the lower tube plate of chlorination tail cooler, and tail cooler equipment needs to be replaced. Please supply logistics to speed up the implementation of procurement. (Completed)
5. Electrical instrument workshop
The company is required to clarify the boundary responsibilities of electrical instrument specialty and maintenance specialty for the following issues.
(1. Installation and maintenance of valve and gas source pipeline. 2. Analysis of instrument pipeline. 3. Instrument gas source pipeline. 4. The first flange connected with the instrument valve. 5. Motor calibration. 6. Welding related problems.) (Ongoing implementation)
