Yingtianhui Held Special Work Meeting on Cadre Management
Recently, Yingtianhui Party Committee organized a special work meeting on cadre management, which was attended by all middle-level and above management cadres of the company. the meeting was presided over by li weidong, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection commission.
The meeting organized and studied the "Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Party and Government Leading Cadres", "Measures for the Supervision, Inspection and Accountability of the Selection and Appointment of Cadres" and other internal party regulations, and issued the basic requirements for the management of Yingtianhui cadres. 8Middle-level management cadres around the negative list of cadresCombined with the actual work, made an exchange speech at the meeting.
Comrade Li Weidong, deputy secretary of the Party committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, reported the results of the 2022 cadre assessment and made an analysis report on the current cadre management work.
Comrade Zeng Yongshou, member of the Party committee and general manager, put forward three work requirements for cadre management: first, to play a good role and recognize his role in the organization. The third is to play a good role, change the way of thinking, keep upright and innovate, earnestly fulfill the main responsibility, and do their own work well.
Tian Jijing, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors, delivered a speech. He stressed that cadres at all levels should correctly understand the current grim situation of production and operation, safety and environmental protection, reform and development, image improvement and profitability, and objectively treat the results of the 2022 cadre assessment, fully understand their own shortcomings, to strive to improve academic qualifications, professional titles and comprehensive work ability. Comrades who exchange speeches should implement the work ideas and measures put forward. Cadres at all levels should reflect on themselves around the negative list of cadre management, check and correct themselves against the basic requirements of "eight honors and eight disgraces" of cadres, and doOnly when there is a promising position can there be one.
