In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the 10th meeting of the 4th shareholders' meeting, the board of directors and the board of supervisors of Yingtianhui, further standardize and promote the development of the enterprise. On August 31, Yingtianhui held four sessions of the tenth meeting of shareholders, the board of directors, and the work implementation special meeting of the board of supervisors. At the meeting, Li Weidong, deputy secretary of the party committee, chairman of the trade union, and secretary of the board of directors, first conveyed the spirit of the tenth meeting of the fourth board of directors, decomposed the tasks of the meeting and formed a work list. In the list, the tasks of the tenth session of the fourth board of directors are divided into 13 items, and each item is required for specific work and implementation from three aspects: work content, responsible department, and implementation requirements. For example, for the projects under construction, the project department and the finance department are required to strengthen the budget and final accounts for the projects under construction and to be carried out, standardize the relevant procedures of the projects, and pay attention to the basic information signed and confirmed by the parties. According to the basic management system, the office is required to fully consider the characteristics and advantages of Yingtianhui's mixed ownership system, clarify the authority of meetings at all levels and formulate a management system suitable for Yingtianhui's characteristics, after finishing the complete submission to the Board of Directors and the shareholders' meeting for consideration ...... and so on, the implementation of the work is clear, clear thinking, appropriate measures.
