Recently, our company held a special work meeting on self-examination of hidden dangers in production safety. The meeting was presided over by Tian Jingshi, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board. The heads of various departments, heads of joint ventures, safety management personnel and leaders of home companies attended the meeting.
The meeting studied the case of Tianyuan's "7.8" accident, and summarized the self-examination of hidden dangers in production safety in terms of system implementation, professional management, personnel training and qualifications. All professional management personnel made special speeches from change management, special operations, logistics and transportation, production safety, professional and technical management personnel allocation, current situation of operator allocation, qualification of employees, etc.
Deng Jirong, executive deputy general manager, stressed: first, the main person in charge of the joint venture should implement the main responsibility of safety and earnestly perform the responsibility of safety; second, carry out the research and judgment of production safety risks, timely investigate and eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment, and formulate the annual vacancy elimination plan; third, strengthen the study of safety laws, regulations and standards, and improve the ability and level of managers; fourth, strengthen the duty management of cadres, the fifth is to strengthen supervision and supervision, improve the safety management system, urge the rectification of hidden dangers in place, and strictly assess; the sixth is to strengthen the management of special operations, logistics and transportation management, change management, joint venture and cooperation management; the seventh is to do a good job in the production organization plan during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day to ensure safe production during the two festivals.
General Manager Zeng Yongshou requested, first, to analyze the root causes of the problems found in self-examination and put them into action for rectification; second, the company's safety work should be fully covered to form an integrated combination of "point, line and surface"; The third is to avoid the phenomenon of "two skins" between system and system operation, busyness and actual effect. Fourth, safety management should form a closed-loop mode; the fifth is to recognize the high political, mandatory, illegal and high cost of safety management, as well as a high degree of logic, relevance and traceability.
Tian Sijing, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors, demanded that, first, improve the political position, keep safety in mind, and fully understand that safety work is to be responsible for oneself and others; second, always put safety first, further learn from the lessons of Tianyuan's "7.8" accident, and tighten the string of safety; third, strengthen change management and special operation management, and strengthen the supervision of contractors and transportation units; fourth, we should correct our attitude towards the problems sorted out in this investigation and complete the rectification within a time limit according to the actual situation.
