The third is to innovate marketing management and improve profitability. The fourth is to strengthen financial management and support the development of the company. Fifth, improve supply logistics, improve quality, reduce costs and increase efficiency; the seventh is to improve comprehensive management and achieve practical results in tackling key problems and coordination; the eighth is to actively promote the work of the new third board; and the ninth is to give full play to the role of the party work group to create an atmosphere of harmonious development. 2016 is a key year for the company to turn losses and profits, develop by leaps and bounds, and break through the transformation.
