In order to further strengthen the standardized management and improve the management level, the Yingtianhui three-system certification promotion training meeting was held on July 21, 25 and 26. Yingtianhui Chairman Li Ganhua, General Manager Zeng Yongshou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Li Weidong and other leaders and factory management personnel participated in the training.
The training will be promoted and trained from the aspects of the generation, development and function of management system standards, the basic concepts, principles and methods of management system, and the steps of establishing and implementing management system. Through the training, participants will further understand the importance of three-system and three-system certification, and how to use three-system certification to realize PDCA cycle, improve management level and realize management standard specification.
