The company's contact number is 40717888. The company was founded in May 2004, covers an area of 430 acres, the registered capital of 348 million yuan. After seven asset reorganizations and equity changes, the company has developed into a mixed ownership enterprise jointly held by Chongqing Tianyuan Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Jiangbei Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Haoran Holding Group Co., Ltd. At present, the company has an annual production scale of 180000 tons of ionic membrane caustic soda, 150000 tons of chlorine solution, 80000 tons of high-purity hydrochloric acid, 60000 tons of sodium hypochlorite and 30000 tons of trichloroethylene.

The company's emission permit was renewed on August 1, 2016 and is valid until July 31, 2019. There is one wastewater discharge outlet in the company, and the discharge mode is organized intermittent discharge. The annual sewage discharge is 78,000 t, the discharge index PH is 6-9, COD is 500mg/l, suspended substance is 400mg/l, BOD5 is 300mg/l, ammonia nitrogen is 45mg/l, chloride is 3000mg/l, trichloroethylene is 1mg/l, tetrachloroethylene is 0.5mg/l. The annual approved total discharge COD is 60t, suspended solids is 18.72t, biochemical oxygen demand is 16.8t, ammonia nitrogen is 5.4t, trichloroethylene is 0.12t, tetrachloroethylene is 0.06t.
The company has 6 exhaust gas discharge ports, namely, hydrochloric acid absorption tower exhaust gas discharge port, dry acetylene dust exhaust gas discharge port, acetylene chlorination tower blow off exhaust gas discharge port, trichloroethylene device non-condensable gas discharge port, carbide slag warehouse exhaust gas discharge port, hydrogen chloride absorption device exhaust gas discharge port, the discharge mode is organized continuous discharge. Among them, the hydrogen chloride emission index is 100mg/m3; the particulate matter emission index is 120 mg/m3; the non-methane total hydrocarbon emission index is 120 mg/m3.
The noise generated in the company's production area mainly comes from the operation of production equipment and various pumps. The noise at the boundary shall be subject to the three types of standards in the Standard for Noise at the Boundary of Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-90).
Our company's hazardous waste includes waste chelating resin, waste ion membrane, waste activated carbon, distilled waste liquid, waste oil drum, etc., which are stored in the temporary storage yard of hazardous waste, and Chongqing Tianzhi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is regularly entrusted for disposal, and an entrusted disposal agreement is signed. The disposal unit has corresponding hazardous waste disposal qualification. Hazardous waste shall be managed in five forms.
3. environmental protection facilities and operation
The company's main wastewater treatment facilities include 1 set of corrosive wastewater pipe trench and open pipe collection facilities, 19 cofferdams and fire dikes of various acid-alkali salt storage tanks, 2 accident emergency tanks and 1 set of 200t/d wastewater treatment devices. The company's wastewater source is mainly workshop production and domestic wastewater, which is treated by the company's sewage treatment device to reach the third-level discharge standard and then sent to China and France Water for terminal treatment.
The company's main waste gas treatment facilities include one set of accident chlorine recovery and treatment system and one set of dry acetylene dust recovery and treatment system. The chlorine, acetylene and hydrochloric acid in the main production area of the company are all equipped with toxic and harmful gas storage tank areas, and are connected to the central control DCS alarm.

3. The EIA approval number of MDI energy saving and environmental protection technological transformation project supporting caustic soda plant is Yu (Chang) EIA Tong [2014] 077; Acceptance approval number: Yu (Chang) Huan Zhun [2016] 023].
4. The emergency plan for environmental emergencies was revised, reviewed and filed in August 2015.
