News from our newspaperIn order to better implement the requirements of Chongqing Safety Supervision Bureau [2017] No. 36 document, effectively promote the integration of safety production standardization and supervision and inspection of hazardous chemicals practitioners, and further promote the safety management of Yingtianhui, on March 6, Yingtianhui invited Wang Xiaoming, Zheng Xinghua and other safety experts from Chongqing Kungang Technology Co., Ltd. to Yingtianhui for a two-day safety diagnosis work, zeng Yongshou, general manager of Yingtianhui, Chengyi, deputy general manager of production, heads of departments and safety management personnel attended.
According to the 13 elements of the safety production standardization rating rules and the supervision and inspection list, the expert group respectively inspected the relevant software data of Yingtianhui safety standardization, reviewed the self-examination report, and carefully investigated the production site by specialty. The site focused on the electrolysis production area, DCS control room, liquid chlorine storage tank area and other key devices and major hazard sources for inspection, the interlock alarm device, emergency shutdown system, emergency plan, special operation ticket, etc. were diagnosed, the existing problems were pointed out one by one, and the corresponding rectification requirements were put forward.
General Manager Zeng Yongshou pointed out at the summing-up meeting that the plan for a year lies in spring, and the work deployment and arrangement at the beginning of the year are particularly important. We should plan the HSE work in 2018 and complete it in stages. We should take the arrangement of the expert group as an opportunity to sort out the safety problems, carry out detailed decomposition and implementation of the hidden danger investigation work, and form a rectification plan. According to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, the safety work, implement the main responsibility, achieve intrinsic safety, and jointly build a beautiful Yingtianhui.
